Makin' Cookies

My kids love to cook with me.
I only wish I had the patience to let them help more....
(Perhaps if I were a better cook, it wouldn't stress me out!)

Here they are, making Chocolate Chip/Pecan Cookies this afternoon:

Such concentration.....

A much needed ingredient

What a blast!

Fringe benefits

Enjoying the fruits of their labor

We've got plenty! Come on by and grab ya some!

Oh I would love to come by and grab me some! :p Why can't you just live down the street? Even the same state would be helpful. We are definitely going to Tulsa for the wedding - are you all going - will I finally be able to meet the littlest ones??

To bad I did not read this last night. I was craving something chocolate really bad. As close as we live to each other I might would have accepted the offer.
It looks like all your children are feeling better.

You have such beautiful children! And wow what patience! I let Cassidy cook with me a week ago and she turned the mixer on high and flour went everywhere... Yes, we can laugh about it now but not then :)

All five of your kids are darling!!!!
And quite the cooks!

I thought I had my hands full with three and working at the same time.

I had it easy compared to the work you do at home with five.

I thought when they grew up it would get easier - it just gets more expensive! LOL!
